Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 15, 2026  ยท  Last updated: September 13, 2026

Padel Park Canada Inc. ("Padel Park", "we", "us" or "our") operates the padel facility at 1589 The Queensway, Etobicoke, Ontario M8Z 1V1 and the website at [padelpark domain]. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It is written to comply with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

By using our website, booking a court, purchasing a membership, or visiting our facility, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Information we collect

We collect personal information only where it is needed to provide our services. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

  • Contact details โ€” name, email address, phone number and mailing address, provided when you fill in our contact or event-enquiry form, sign up for a membership, or create a booking account.
  • Account and booking information โ€” court bookings, membership type, playing history, waitlist requests and preferences. Court bookings and memberships are processed through third-party platforms (Padel OS and Playtomic); those platforms collect and store this information under their own privacy policies, and we receive what is needed to operate your booking or membership.
  • Payment information โ€” we do not store full credit card numbers. Payments are processed by our booking platforms and their payment processors. We may retain transaction records (amount, date, last four digits of a card) for accounting purposes.
  • Communications โ€” messages you send us by email, our website form, social media or phone, and our replies.
  • Facility information โ€” sign-in records, waiver acknowledgements, incident reports, and security camera footage recorded on our premises for safety and security purposes.
  • Website usage data โ€” IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and referring links, collected through cookies and analytics tools (see Section 6).
  • Photos and video โ€” images taken at events, tournaments or during play, which we may use for marketing where you have consented (see Section 4).

2. How we use your information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage your account, process court bookings and memberships, and take payment.
  • To respond to enquiries, event and corporate booking requests, and customer-service matters.
  • To operate our facility safely, including managing waivers, incident reporting and premises security.
  • To send service messages about your bookings, membership, schedule changes or facility closures.
  • With your consent, to send newsletters, promotions, tournament announcements and other marketing by email or SMS. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 8).
  • To understand how our website is used and to improve our services, content and facility.
  • To comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights, property and the safety of our members and staff.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

3. When we share your information

We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers โ€” companies that help us run our business, including booking and membership platforms (Padel OS, Playtomic), payment processors, email and SMS delivery services, website hosting and analytics providers. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
  • Legal requirements โ€” where required by law, court order, or a lawful request from a public authority, or to protect the safety of any person.
  • Business transfers โ€” if Padel Park is sold, merged or reorganized, your information may be transferred to the new owner as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

Some of our service providers store data outside Canada (for example in the United States or the European Union). When your information is transferred outside Canada it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected.

4. Photography and video at our facility

We may take photos and video at events, tournaments and open play for use on our website and social media. Where practical we will post notices and ask for consent. If you appear in an image and would prefer it not be used, contact us at the address in Section 10 and we will remove it where reasonably possible. Security cameras operate on our premises for safety purposes; footage is retained for a limited period and is not used for marketing.

5. Third-party links and platforms

Our website links to third-party platforms including Padel OS, Playtomic, Instagram and other social media. Those services have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to read their policies before providing information to them.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep the site working properly, and understand how visitors use it. We use [Google Analytics / other analytics tool] to collect aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some website features.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Booking and membership records are kept for the duration of your relationship with us and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal purposes. Security footage is retained for approximately [30] days unless needed for an investigation. Marketing lists are kept until you unsubscribe.

8. Your choices and rights

You have the right to:

  • Access โ€” ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy.
  • Correction โ€” ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Withdraw consent โ€” unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, reply STOP to SMS, or contact us directly. Withdrawing consent may limit some services (for example, we cannot send booking confirmations if you ask us not to contact you).
  • Deletion โ€” ask us to delete your information, subject to our legal and accounting retention obligations.
  • Questions and complaints โ€” raise a concern with us at any time. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (www.priv.gc.ca).

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 10. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Security and children

We use reasonable physical, technical and administrative safeguards to protect personal information against loss, theft and unauthorized access, use or disclosure. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website and online booking services are intended for adults. Bookings and memberships for players under 18 must be made by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the information provided. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
